Our fall 2016 member art show will be held November 7, 2016 -January 8th 2017,  at the  Livingston Senior Center.  Pre-registration is required by October 25th, 2016.  Signed entry form and fee must be mailed to Marilyn Kalb, 1500 Rachel Terrace, apt. 7, Pinebrook N.J.  07058.  Please refer all inquires regarding this show to Marilyn at 973-276-1191.

Date of Exhibition:  November 7th, 2016- January 8, 2017.  For Adults Only

Entry Rules:  One art work per artist will be accepted.  Original oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, drawing or graphic not previously exhibited with the Livingston Arts Associaiton.  Must be recent work.  No nudes, crafts or photography will be accepted.  All work must be professionally matted and framed, wired and ready for hanging.  Acrylic rather than glass must be used for any piece with overall fram dimensions of 32" or greater.  For acceptance, painting may be exceed 42" in either direction.  All work must be reviewed, and any work not meeting LAA standards will be returned.  Hanging and placements of art work will will be at the discretion of the Exhibition chairperson and the Exhibition Committee of the Livingston Arts Association.  **Art Instructors may display their work, but are not eligible for awards.  No entry fee is required for staff members.

Receiving date:  Monday, November 7th, 2016 from 9:30-10:30 a.m.  Deliver artwork to the Senior Community Center.  If you cannot meet this schedule, have someone bring in your painting for you.  All accdepted work will remain on dislplay for the duration of the exhibition.  The fee is $15.00 payable by check to the Livingston Arts Association.

Cash and merchandise awards- Award of Excellence and Honarable Mention will be awarded.

Liability- Art work will be handled with all possible care, but neither the Arts Council of Livingston nor the Livingston Arts Associiation can be responsible for loss or damage to art work.  Entering the show on your part indicates agreement that you are submitting your work with this understanding.

Removal; hours 9:30-10: 30 on Monday, January 9th.  No call will be made to you to follow up or remind you.  If not picked up, hyour painting will not be held.  ABSOLUTELY NO paintings may be removed before the end of the show.

Juror of Awards:  Miklos Sebek is an honary member, vice president and exhibition chairman of the Audobon Artists of New York and exhibition chiarman and member of the Allied Artists of America.  His work has been exhibited at the New York National Arts club as well as the Salmagundi Club, N.Y.C., the Morris Museum, Art Expo, N.Y.C. and in several galleries nationwide.  He has recevied numerous "Best In Shows" and "First Prizes".  His work can be found in museums, public places, corporate and private collection in the U.S. and vairious countries in Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia.
