Free Artist Demonstration

When: March 5, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, Livingston, NJ

Livingston Arts Association is proud to present Constance Seugling at
their free demonstration on Sunday, March 5, at the Livingston Senior/
Community Center. She will be presenting two and three dimensional
collage.

A Cedar Grove resident for 38 years, Constance Seugling is a sculptor and
collage artist. She received a BA in Fine Arts and teaching certificate from
Clarke University. She has been teaching art to students ranging in age
from elementary to retired adults. For the past seven years, she has been
teaching two classes at Crane’s Mill retirement community.

A prize winning sculptor for 27 years, Constance began experimenting in
both two and three dimensional collage incorporating paper, magazine and
newspaper images and found objects as well as her own drawings. Her
work reflects her concern for social justice and care for the earth and its
creatures. She believes strongly that an artist can influence as well as be
influenced by their surroundings.
Constance has shown her work in galleries and shows throughout the
North East and has received many awards.

Livingston Arts Association, Inc., is dedicated to giving class lessons, to
giving members the opportunity to display works in shows, and to
providing demonstrations and critiques from professional artists as well as
providing scholarships to Livingston High School Seniors. Artists of all
levels are welcome to participate in all events.

Refreshments will be served.

We look forward to seeing you.

We would like to continue to offer these events for free to everyone. However we need to face reality. Costs for hosting these events including the hiring of demonstrators and models have increased so we will be having a donation box available to help defer some of those costs. We appreciate any support you can offer to help us to continue to provide these demonstrations.
